…in Winston-Salem, NC, this week! But oh, so worth it! I love photographing city skylines after sunset. The is prime “blue hour,” which leaves enough blue in the sky in order to give contrast to the outlines of the buildings so they don’t fade into the black of night. The trickiest part was waiting for enough traffic to leave “trails” in the foreground. I didn’t quite get all that I wanted, but it was enough. This cityscape is new to me, and I look forward to returning again (in warmer weather!).
